How to prevent your skin from feeling dry and oily at the same time
An incredible number of people know this feeling. The feeling that the skin tightens, but also can fat during the day.
The explanation is often simple, namely that your outer surface is desiccated. This is a temporary state and states can be changed. What complicates the condition is when your skin feels oily at the same time. If you have this condition then you should clearly read on because that's typically where most start to mistreat their skin.
The vast majority who struggle with oily skin will try to dampen their fat production with products and typically slightly harsh and drying products. The problem is that the amount of fat production in your skin is typically linked to your skin type because fat production is controlled by your body and not by the products you use.
Therefore, the first important point is that you can't dampen your fat production with products! Remember it comes from within!
Instead, many end up drying out the surface because they feel that the excess fat disappears effectively. But it is only from the surface it disappears, so the temporary drying out is most of all symptom treatment.
The major drawback comes afterwards when in this way you end up mistreating your skin by making your skin more and more dry in the surface. Eventually, your skin and surface become so dry that you start to produce even more fat. At the same time, your surface will have become so dry that the fat cannot come out properly - some even find that they get deep impurities or pimples that are hard to clean out.
It cannot therefore be said enough times: a moisturised and flexible surface is the alpha and omega for skin health and beauty. And this applies to all skin types and problems.
How do you build a moisturised, flexible surface?
First of all, there are some things that you should avoid:
Cleaning products that foam. That is, jelly, mousse and so on (however, you can mix a foaming product with, for example, a cleansing milk, which makes it less drying)
Fruitic acid. If you get too much fruit acid then your surface is wiped out. Lactic acid may work better.
Tonic with alcohol or fruit acid. Can be good for periods, but drys out in length.
Peeling: It may be good to peel the skin, but be sure to choose a very mild kind and like an enzyme peel. Enzyme peeling works by the product only "eating" the dead skin cells.
So what to do?
You need a lot of serums , but not oil serum. Serums are typically based on finer molecules and therefore penetrate better into the skin.
Use a good cleansing milk.
Get depth care with extra moisture care every 14 days for about 3 months. Regular depths cause your sebaceous glands to go on hold, stabilizing the ph value of the skin and boosting the skin's immune system.
Eat and live according to your skin type. This means drinking plenty of water, getting good essential fats, avoiding sugar, starch and processed food. In other words, eat healthy, antiinflamatory, hormone-balancing diet.
