Line will talk about the importance of a good night's sleep to maintain a beautiful and healthy skin.
She will teach what happens to the skin when we sleep and thus illuminate the negative effect on the skin when we do not give ourselves the care it is to create good sleeping habits. Line will inspire a simple and nutritious evening ritual that nourishes your skin and creates a good starting point for a good night's sleep. This ritual involves the ideal cleansing of the skin as well as a simple and exciting facial massage. We make the facial massage on ourselves.

We have invited Yoga Teacher Cecilie Sebastian to guide us into deep rest and relaxation.
She teaches gentle Yoga poses (about 15 min.) and Yoga Nidra (about 50 min.)
